Question A/C cooling question

I have a 1992 F350 supercab, with 7.3L IDI. 2-3 years ago I put on a new compressor, drier, orifice, and lines, and flushed the condenser coil. Charged the system and has worked great. Recently the vent air will not go below 80 F. Compressor is engaged and pressures are 200-250 high side and 30-40 on the low side but still no cool air. The tube below the orifice tube location is ice cold but the drier and vacuum hose to the compressor are not cold. They would sweat when I first converted the system. Since the tub below the orifice is cold does this indicate a clogged orifice tube or low refrigerant? Pressures on the gage seem correct for ambient temp of approximately 87 degrees. Should I dump in more R134a or pull the orifice tube? I also clamped the heater hose line, in case of coolant leaking in. Any ideas are welcome.

Just to follow up, I discovered the vacuum hose had failed for the blend door motor on the firewall. Repaired the hose. Evacuated the system, new orifice tube, vacuum and recharge. Now getting 51 degrees at the louver with 235 high side and 40 low side. All is well again.
