Although I've never heard of bending "I" beams for caster there is a way to do it. Steph (don't recall the spelling) made an offset cam the goes in the hole for the bolt that goes throught the "I" beam at the radius beam. You have to drill out the hole to put it in and then you can turn it before tightening the bolt to move the bottom of the "I" beam front or back.

I can see where that would work. We used shims at the radius arm rear bushing. You drill out some of the bushing material and displace what was removed with the shim of what ever thickness you needed and place it top or bottom to adjust caster that way.

Sort of like the later I-beam trucks with ball joints instead of king pins, with the adjustable cam on the upper BJ. One of the shops I took it to may have suggested that, but told me something like "we can drill out the radius arm and weld a warsher in thar". Did not inspire the confidence to pull the trigger on that job.
