I recently purchased a 1956 M-100 that I have been tinkering on. It leaned to the left on the front, so I’ve check all cab mounts etc and they are new. Upon further inspection I noted the left front leaf springs are basically flatlined and no arch, where the right side has a normal arch. The owner tell me these are original springs. They have 8 total leafs, and all leaf packs I see for sale have 7. Will this make a large difference? Ideally I’d like to be a tiny bit lower than the low side (LF). From the ground to the fender lip is 29.25” on the LF and 30.75” RF. From the ground to the top of the bumper is 16.5” LF and 17.5” RF. I have P225/70R15 front tires installed. I see everyone offers reverse eyed springs, lowering springs, springs to bring the axle ahead etc. I want to stick with stock but not too high on the front. Your help appreciated!
First pic is LF, second is the right. Right side has 1.5” bigger gap to the fender lip. Both side the leafs are pretty flat, left side is almost reverse at the rear. I want to stay as low as the LF or 1” lower, nothing drastic. Anything else that would really affect the height? The rear seems good, out slightly most likely due to the front.
Sorry, no idea how it sits. The rear springs are still ancient and I was de-railed by the cracked frame. So now the poor truck is down to a bare frame. I was, however, liking the look before e I tore it apart.
Eaton claims they can set whatever ride height you want, just call 'em. the part number I gave is for totally stock.

LF RF
First off, that is a great paint color!
second, I’m having the same issue with the drivers side being lower than passenger. Frame seems good so I’m assuming either the spring is sacked out or Someone tried to lower it by heating the springs and didn’t get it the same on both sides. I’ll be following along to see how you end up solving it.
