That's a very vague question. And you gave us almost no info about your truck.
First, what engine is in your truck? There where several options, but I assume 302? What transmission do you have? Is your truck 2wd or 4wd? All of this makes a difference when choosing headers.
There are many Fox body headers to choose from. Long tube, short, block hugger, fenderwell exit, between the frame rail exit, etc. Go to Summit's website and type in "headers". Then just narrow the options until you find one that fits your engine and truck. Odds are, you'll find the headers for your truck, and a complete exhaust setup.

I can not find truck headers for this headpattern just foxbody headers (JBA 6655)
Upper boltholes are lower at each side and the bolt holes in the middle are lower...
