Low Power

I have a 2014 F250 6.7l with 54K miles and it has lost a little bit of power over the last year. I pull a 16K 5th wheel and I was able to pull it up my hills at around 58 MPH for the first 4 years. (My old Dodge 5.7l use to do 54 MPH with the same trailer.) Something happen around a year ago where I can only go up the hill now about 50 MPH. I changed the air and fuel filters. The turbo hits 20psi, the temperature never really moves and is good. I get no codes. The engine seems smooth, no hiccups The trailer wheels and hubs are not hot. Without the trailer I can't tell a difference it runs good. The truck does eat a lot of DEF. Seem like I have to fill up every 1500 miles.

Anyone have any ideas on what else it could be?

when you fill up with def, every 1500 miles, how much are you adding (gallons)?

Well your usage if def is fine, quit filling up si often, not needed

As far as low power is concerned, absent of any check engine lights or codes that you may be able to pull, I would suggest a trip to the dealer and report the issue, They can, at your expense, run a computer update/check and see if they can come up with an issue.
