Need to paint my grill insert on my 1997 F350 4x4 crew cab. Chrome is fine but the inside is faded and I would like to keep the same original color. Where can I find this information, any ideas?

I used Krylon plastic paint and it came out pretty good, but I painted it black vs. the grey it was. It is fading now after about a year of washing and hot FL sun.
That looks very good, I am kind of on a mission to get the exact paint color that the truck came with tho. I did black on my F150 but didn't use the correct gloss and it is too shinny, need to do it over.

Ahh you're looking for the outside paint color. I misunderstood and thought you were trying to match the original grill color.
check your door code, it should be on there. That's how I found out my truck was Oxford White.

I did the same few days ago, I painted it black, vs the grey it was, (but it was the second grill, because the original was black). and I love the black better than the grey.
