P400 1967 update

Hello, this is my first thread about my first Ford.
I bought 1967 Lyncoach Stephan on P400 chassis, 300 six, NP435, Dana 70 dually, 2wd, single i-beam front, and six widow makers. Going to make a motorhome. But first going to replace/update brakes, suspension, steering, electric, make it lower, lighter, and better drivable. I thought to stick with Ford parts but after some research ready for other makers' parts. I do have manuals and brochures and have read a lot already, but have not done the brakes yet
1. Front brake conversion to disk and hub extension replace to a regular hub. I searched and read a lot. NumberDummy wrote there was no such hub on the market about 10 years ago. TSM email-ed today, the f250 1964 kit will not work for my car because of dually. I have found them only who offer 8x6.5 lugs disk conversion kit. What non-welding options are possible? I am ready for 5 lugs already, but.
2. Rear dually. I thought to switch my rear dually to a single as them about 3" wider Van body each side and to make the van lighter. But there as no easy way to do it right and not too many advantages. And I didn't found 16x9 or 16x10 8x6.5 steel wheel rim. If you did it in a simple way, wheel replacement, how does it drive now? Is it a bad idea at all? Or could describe how to do it in the right way, but not the axle replacement.
3. I didn't check kingpins, steering, leaf spring parts, going to change all it any case but if you can recommend a way to replace the suspension and lower the car, without welding, I would very appreciate it!

Hello,
doing the engine now.
Has found a leak in the elbow connected to the thermostat housing.
Is E5TZ-18599-C compatible to 1967 300 cid? if not, which one is right? Where to find it?
Thank you for any answer,

E5TZ18599C is listed as 1985/89 pickup and Bronco in the thermostat housing. I can't tell if it would fit older.
Dizzy hold down part number is B8S12043B. Which fit 240/300 engines in F100-350, E100-350, P350-500, B - F500.
