Torque Pro Readings
The truck is running great. I've been monitoring all the vitals with the Torque Pro app. Cruising around town 35-45 mph, the HPOP pressure around 800-1000 psi. On the hiway, on relatively flat terrain, traveling 70 mph I'm seeing 1300-1900 psi. When I accelerate hard, it's up around 3900 psi. Are these numbers what you would consider in the normal range?
Thanks - Kurt
It's been a while, I will see if I can find the equations for torque pro. The desired ICP equation for torque pro isn't great because it's a line of best fit equation. It can be pretty inaccurate. You might be better off logging some ICP voltages and HPOP pressures and look at the Ford chart.
(Edit: added equation)
Here is what I have, I don't remember whose equation it is, I had been messing around in MATLAB looking for a better fitting equation. I don't remember what if I ended up using mine or someone else's.

ICP & IPR position at hot idle are a good indication of HP oil system leaks as it's consistent. My previous 05 and my current 06 ran right around 580psi at idle with the IPR valve at 23%. An 03 might have different numbers as it's a different HPOP, ICP sensors, etc.
While driving there are so many variables I don't think you can really use that to judge it's health. Maybe the full PSI at WOT. 3900psig sounds about right.
