P0069 - Boost Stuck Open
Hoping I can tap into someone's knowledge in dealing with a P0069 Boost Key on Rationality and Boost gauge stuck at about 4000psi. I have seen several past threads about this same issue but all the links have since become unavailable. I have a 2016 F350 6.7 that started throwing this code almost immediately. Boost gauge shows max boost and engine begins to rattle. Several trips to dealer and checked wiring for shorts and replaced MAP sensor as well as MAF sensor. I have since deleted DPF, EGR and CCV with no progress. I am now on my third MAP sensor, have also replaced plastic intercooler pipe and deleted throttle body. Replaced most recently the upper and lower intake, EBP sensor and MAP sensor again. But again I continue to get this code and boost issue. I am running EZlynk tuner with PPEI tunes and am now at 106,000 kms (65,000 miles).
