Turn signal issues

Hello everyone, I just got a 95 f350 ps and when I got it the turn signal switch(or multifunction switch) was physically broken like the arm of it would just hang down so I thought that was why my turn signals didn’t work so I replaced that and still don’t work. My issue is when I turn on the right or left signals the light on the dash will light up dimly and solid, there is no ticking or anything and nothing happens on the outside lights. This is the same thing that would happen before I replaced the turn signals switch as well but I assumed it was just the turn signals switch. Although the emergency flashers do work. I’ve tried swapping the flashers from the emergency flashers and blinkers and still same thing. The only thing I’ve seen is I was messing with the flasher for the turn signals and my right turn signal came on on the dash and then turned off then came on dimly but solid and it happened maybe twice but haven’t got it to do that anymore. Any help would be appreciated, getting tired of not having turn signals. TIA

Darn Parker, cant believe theres no response, leme give ya a bump.

Mine, the tail lights, brake lights and turn signals dont work when when the lights are turned on. They do work with headlight switch off

I'm pretty sure the headlight switch is an aftermarket replacment, and it looks like the turn signal high beam stalk is original.

The turn signals have been gimpy, sometimes working with pressure on steering wheel, wiggleing stalk etc.
