I generally use the 35-35 method if it's colder than -35 ( 31f ) I stay in the house and if its hotter than 35 ( 95f ) you guessed it I stay in the house .
That is an excellent plan. Except -35C is -31F, which is really, really cold, and a long way off from 31F. Perhaps you mean the 0-35 method?
Wow, now THATS funny. You must live down south somewhere, cuz I do and I know it's been hot as Hell down here. From what I've heard, not much better up North or even Californee !
I've been there, and may have some tools like those. I remember one time I was laying in the shop on the concrete floor, under a car, putting some underneath bits together and reached for a wrench and it burned my hand. Mind you this was in a building, under a car, out of the sun, the wrench burned my hand. It was only about 3:00 in the afternoon. That's when I knew it was too hot to work, and I packed up and went home for the day.
I'll guarantee you won't find me outside anywhere close to -31, C or F.
Actually - 40 is the same F or C and to be quite truthfull it's not as bad as anyone who hasn't been there may think . Most times it's incredibly calm and you can hear everything miles away . And for the enviromentalists that think you shouldn't wast energy warming your vehicle up , come on down and get in my truck after 2 minutes of idle time at - 40 .
