What are you using for gaskets on your differentials? LubeLocker.com doesn't show a gasket for the M275. Is the OEM gasket reusable? I'm guessing not, but figured I should ask. LubeLocker.com does show a gasket for the Dana 60, which is what we have. That should work, right?

I’ve always used gasket maker RTV. That’s what Ford does.
Aftermarket uses O-Rings...you asked a different question...
I replaced front and rear diff covers with the ones in the picture. I had to scrape off the old seals with a razor blade and spray cleaner since they tore up upon removal.

Based on the Gale Banks video series on differential covers, I have no intention of replacing my OEM cover with an inferior aftermarket cover. It's good to know that the OEM seal/gasket didn't survive removal of the OEM cover. That tells me it sure isn't reusable.
I just watched a video where a guy used the spray glue, installed the gasket on the cover and then used gasket RTV. I’m not sure what diff it was. Most videos I’ve seen of diff fluid changes just used RTV.
I prefer gaskets as well but it looks like RTV is going to be the way to go. I make one heck of a mess whenever I have to use a caulking gun🤦♂️
To anyone looking to do this Ford uses grey firm set RTV there is no off the shelf substitute but there sure is a lot of bad useless RTV's available. The grey RTV is made by Wacker, if this is not available there is only one other substitute and thats VibraTITE 999 grey. With either of these a RTV primer is suggested and the parts are to be installed and torqued immediately. Don't wait for the RTV to skim over as it will fail. Both of the manufacturers also suggest not using brake parts cleaner on the surfaces, either acetone or 98% isopropyl alcohol. Probably stems from the residues left behind from non chlorinated brake cleaner.

Why all the doom and gloom? I’ve used a variety of RTVs and never had a failure. For more than 25 years. I started using this one when I found it. Can’t say it’s better, because they’ve all been fine.
Also in the RTV club here. Ultra Black. I see that they have a new type that is specifically for gear oil, but I've been using ultra black for a decade and have never had so much as a drip out of the diff cover on anything. Doesn't need to be gooped full. Just enough to seal any amount of unevenness or surface scoring between the cover and the housing.
