Bronco issues

I have 2 Broncos, 1991 with a 302 and a E40D transmission automatic. The other is a 1990, 351w that was converted into a carbureted and a has a C6 transmission.

My question is can I take the E40D trans and hook it up to the 351w with no problem?

The 351w C6 has the small block bolt pattern, so I don't see why the E4OD wouldn't bolt up to the 351W. Both engines have the same small block bolt pattern.

I'm not sure what you are swapping where, but the E4OD is computer controlled and you must have a compatible PCM or an aftermarket controller.
