2020 Windshield Defect ?

2020 Windshield Defect ?
Driving my truck into SF and I noticed a horizontal line in the windshield when the sun light hits a certain angle. You cant feel it from the inside or outside...Its a 2" =/- horizontal line, left of center. I'll try to get a better pic with a better foreground. Its pissed me off at first since I have seen some posts of peoples windshield cracking / shattering for no apparent reason.

Just park it anywhere in the lovely city of SF and it’s almost certain to be smashed so you can get a new one immediately!
Of course, I’m being silly (not about getting your windows smashed in SF and the police doing nothing, that would definitely happen).
I don’t have that visual artifact in my windshield - it would bother me.

My 2017 had tons of drip-like shadows in the lamination. You had to look at it just right to see it. The dealership did nothing. The windshield ended up cracking from the passenger edge and I replaced it at Safelite. No more shadows in the lamination now.

2020 F350 Window Defect
I have a defect in that exact spot also. The dealer noticed it when we were doing a walk around. They will be replacing the window. Not crazy about that but window replacements aren't like the old days anymore either. Couldn't even tell it was done recently on my 2011..
