it’s a pretty noticeable odor. You don’t need to sniff it out.

so no DTC? I'm not deleted, dont know if your truck is but MPD said it doesnt matter. I didnt ask about DTC though

nice, did you have to cut the plastic hose off to be able to remove the whole assembly or is there a way to not have to cut the hose?

I didn't cut it. It had 3 locking tabs that i twisted and used a pick to lift off.

The intercooler? Yeah, I wanted better heat transfer to help lower egt's and a something to handle higher boost pressures for the future.

Do yourself a favor and get the proper kit and not half *** stuff. Go with Absolute Performance CCV kit. You can route the hose to the exhaust and have it vent through there.

Not sure what makes that kit proper. It's doing the exact same thing with a slightly different design.
