I have not heard of that one. I have always used Valvoline in all my Ford gas engines. I use Rotella in my diesel and motorcraft filters. Got 96K on it with no problems.
If Valvoline makes it and it meets the requirements for the PSD then it should be good. Just check to make sure.

I think there was a marketing agreement between Valvoline and Cummins for several years. Cummins called it Cummins premium blue and promoted it heavily. I think Cummins must have decided it was too much effort for the amount of money they were making off it and discontinued it. If the Valvoline premium blue is the same stuff, it's darn good. But make sure the ratings on the can meet your PSD requirements to be sure.
