I have a coolant leak coming from a factory plugged port that has two other ports with a hose to each only accessible from under the passenger side firewall area, does anyone know what this is and how to fix it?
Thanks All,

I believe it is a heater core hose manifold? inlet outlet and a third below those two which is leaking but looks like a factory plug

I found out it is the evaporator core, it has inlet and outlet but also has a plastic port directly below the other two. it is leaking out of that, can that be plugged/ and what is the port for?
Thanks

That is supposed to be leaking......water that is. If there is anything other than water that is exiting that port you have a failure of either the evaporator core of it's freon dye, or the heater core of it's coolant.
