Dealer can't get me in until the 20th. Problem is we're going (hoping) camping with the travel trailer this weekend for 7-8 days. I've searched as many pages on this I could and I can't seem to find if it's serious or not? Serious enough not to go? Or can we go and bring into the dealer when we return?
I did clear the code once before and it stayed off for about 4 days but it's back now. I haven't cleared it since.
There are other codes thrown that I'm hoping have more to do with the Advance Track service warning I'm also dealing with. Right now, focused on P20ee....

OBD is seeing that the SCR is not converting Nox properly. Could be a number of things, bad Nox sensor, bad urea dosing valve, crystal formation, or a bad SCR just to name a few. The real question for you is how long before you hit some sort of power de-rate. I don’t have the answer to that. Hope someone here can help you out. Good luck. Any other dealers that could get you in?
I need to check with the other dealer in my area. Where we're going for a week also has a dealer that I could check with. It's less than a 200 mile trip... So I could chance it.
Going through the same thing right now on my 2017. Threw the light about 2 weeks ago, took t in and they re-flashed the truck according to a TSB for the code.
About 600 miles later the code is back, have an appointment next week again. Im hoping they can fix it, got a trip planned.
Made an appointment with the dealer where we'll be camping for the week. Going to see if the dealers closer to me can sneak me in this week if possible before we leave.

Not sure if the code will cause a reduced power mode, for what its worth, I drove 300 miles with the light on this last time and it still ran good.
I'll update when I take it to the dealer and they tell me what they think it is.
