Anybody know where to get extreme weight rated trailer tires ? 225/75/15. 8 & 10ply don't cut it. Trailer use is on a jobsite so D.O.T isn't required. Thank you, Shane

Some additional info would be helpful. Like how extreme of weight are you talking about? What type of jobsite, construction, heavy industry, mining, farming.........? What sort of failures have you had with the 8 and 10 ply rated tires?
I think the 15" wheels will be you biggest limiting factor in a heavier duty tire, going up to 16" or 17" will open up more choices. I got tired of the cheap Chinesium ST tire failures on our 12K travel trailer (15" D and E ST tires) so I upgraded to 16" high pressure wheels (and new 8 lug hub drums that use the same axle spindles but with bigger bearings) and Load Range G all steel Sailun S637 tires rated at 4080lbs per, no more issues now.
Another vote.......you, you need to go to 16” wheels and appropriate axles/bearings, then about any commercial grade LR G tires will do you. Forget the rag tires in the 15” sizes.
They are pretty much standard.
5 hole rims/hubs will be the same, mostly on 3500 lb axles.
6 hole.....same thing, 5000 lb axles
8 hole......same thing 6000 lb or greater axles
8 hole dually........10,000 lb axles
hope this helps
