Power running boards

Power running boards
After being sick for quite some time I am finally going to be able to install my factory power running boards on my 2017 f 350 ultimate lariat.
I have all the wiring harnesses made but before getting started I need some help with a few questions.
1. How hard is it to run the harnesses under the carpet in front of the seats and drop down through the floor???.
2. Do the rear seats have to be removed ?..
3. How do you remove the back panel behind the rear seats where the running board module goes?
4. Do I need any special tools to remove that panel??
5. Is there a full time power source somewhere in the wiring loom on the passenger side leading to the rear under the step plates??
