Does anyone have any good information on a custom fabrication shop that might be interested in designing a custom spare tire bed mount for these trucks? I've been interested in having a custom mount built to fit a single 37" to 39" or even 40" tire in the bed of the truck, but one that is capable of being laid down when the bed is not in use, allowing for the bed cover to be closed, and stood up vertically when you need the bed space. The idea I had was similar to the old Hummer H1's had in the image below.
I wonder if anyone would have any suggestions on a fabrication shop, and if there might be any interest in something like this from others here?
