I have no Idea where to start to fix this. When I went to the parts store they said they did not have this sensor. I guess they looked for a Evap Sensor.

A faulty PCM (rare)

The most common mistake associated with a P0451 code is failing to properly inspect all components, wiring, and connectors before replacing any part of the evaporative emission control system. For example, in some cases, a vacuum leak could be due to a loose or damaged fuel cap, not a faulty vacuum hose.
I am under the impression (from Fordtechmakuloco on youtube) that the most common cause of this and other evap codes is a bad evap purge valve (the one on or near the intake manifold). Unfortunately, not the case for me and I'm trying to figure out a goo way to DIY troubleshoot the rest of the system without shotgunning components.
