Talked with customer service at Wheel Masters about the valve stem extentions for a dually. Part# 8001 is what I ordered from Amazon.
Lady told me for my truck I need Part# 8001-180. The outside hoses have a 180 bend that is needed for the aluminum outside wheels.
You can also order directly from Wheel Masters.

I just bought the long, Commercial Grade filler hose with clip-on connections on either end so you can do either inner or outer wheels. It works awesome, though a bit pricey - high quality material though... should last me forever!!! https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
