Shocks/suspension

I tow a 16 foot enclosed trailer 3-4 times a year and has some heavy stuff in it. By no means overloaded but its weight. Seems no matter how I load it people always flashing their lights at me at night. I don't want to mess with my lights and adjust them lower. I also have the box full of heavy stuff. Would heavy duty shocks help or is that a waste of time. Truck is a 2018 F-150 crew cab 6.5' box 3.5 ecoboost. And I do not want to put a lift kit in the back. Everything right now is stock on the truck. I do put a set of 10 ply tires on when using the trailer.

Air bags might help in this case.

What's the tongue weight of that trailer? A simple WDH might be all you need to level everything out.

Either weight distribution hitch or airbags. I've got the AirLift 2000 and with 10psi and an unloaded truck the ride is great. I can add up to 100psi and that will, even with my 3500-4000 pound trailer attached, will lift the rear end higher than it sits completely empty - it gets a little bouncy though with that much air in it.
