Same issue on my 2020. Dealer installed a new camera and haven't had any issues since.
Took mine in Wednesday so they can run diagnostics. Said they'll need to replace the camera (not sure which part, or the whole thing) but it's Out of Stock/Backordered so will be up to 45 days.
So a new camera is still on order for me. However I was using FORScan to correct my speedo for different tires, after relearning the PCM/TCM my camera has worked every time since. Not sure what the connection is. Not going to mention it to the dealer yet until the new camera shows up just in case.
Had the dealer check out my camera problems, they couldn't find a problem.
When it failed again I pulled apart the camera connector on the frame and sprayed it with contact cleaner. Hasn't failed since.

Same here, dealer couldn't replicate the problem but the service advisor did say that they were seeing a lot of camera issues with the 2020s. So I asked, why not replace my camera then. He said, well we don't know if it's the harness or the camera. So I asked him if all the other 2020 issues were camera, harness or a mix. He said almost all were camera...thanks
Little over 1200 miles on my '20, no issues with any cameras until this past weekend. Started the truck and went to hookup the camper and none of the cameras would work. After pulling the camper to my destination, I tried the bed camera and it worked just fine. Front camera still had black lines in the picture. Later after shutting off the truck and restarting it, all cameras worked normally again.
My 2018's backup camera is not working at all except for the blue screen. It's been back to the dealer 4 times with no resolution. They have replaced everything except the camera itself. They said they would replace the camera but it is on back order. This was a month ago. I just got off the phone with my dealer and was told that the cameras are having to be redesigned with no time frame to actually get a new camera. I know it's a small thing but when you hook up trailers all the time it's a big thing. Especially when it saves your marriage.
I had problems with the bed camera early on. I took it off, unplugged and plugged it in a few times with some silicone grease. Pretty much been a non issue since then. I think there was maybe once since then the image was a little distorted.

Did you just remove the CHMSL and add grease to the plug there? or is there another plug somewhere else? Would a bad connection at the bed camera affect the front camera too?

Yes, I removed it, and there is a plug there. Unplugged it, pushed the pins very slightly to the side to confirm contact, and cycled the plug a few times with silicone. Not sure it that will help the front camera or not. Not sure if it’s a permanent fix either, but it helped mine considerably.
My camera was replaced today and my intermittent cameras issues are gone.
For some odd reason, i no longer have the guide lines while in reverse.
I didn't think anything of the guide lines missing before I left the dealership today. Once I got home I figured I would check the settings to see if the tech turned the option off. The option was selected when I took a look at the settings.
Is there anything I can check on my own before I head back to the dealership tomorrow morning?

Did some digging and fixed the issue with Forscan.
Looks like the tech never calibrated the new camera. Once I used Forscan to take care of the calibration, everything was back to normal.
so mine is acting up like everyone else. 2020 f250 lariat. hope ford will do tsb. guess no need going to dealer yet until the get their ***** together. only bug so far and a'm at 6500 miles.
