I have the same setup ^ and it is smooth as glass. Truck is a 2017 and the stock SS was complete 100% garbage (as were the shocks). It’s a different truck with good shocks and a functioning SS. I’m running Nitto RG 35’s and the Fox SS is good to go, in the stock location.

Are you leveled/lifted? What shocks are you running?

What part number did you use? When I look it up, there are 3 different part numbers for the same stabilizer. It looks like the differences are the length of the body and travel of the piston. Also did it come with the hardware for bolting it up?

I installed the Fox single on my '17 F-250 as well. The part # is 985-24-001. Works great.

They look to have a nitrogen charge port, do you buy it and leave it as is, or check and add or remove as needed?

Thanks... but when I look up this part number, it looks like it is for a 2016 and earlier. I’m new to Ford trucks, so I’m a little naive, are the suspensions the same as the 2017’s and up?

Thanks
Dave

Thats correct, the application only goes up to 2016 but many have found it to work on the 17+. Thats not true of all brands though, Bilstiens damper for example, for the 2016 has been found to not work on the 17+.

TCNashville has it right. Yes, it's technically for a 2016 and down...but works just fine on '17-'19. Yes, it comes with all hardware needed. I had to pull my lower coolant hose out of the way just a little bit, as the bolt would just touch it while cycling the steering.

I just installed a Kelderman dual steering stabilizer over the weekend, I love it! High quality mounting, no cheesy Home Depot ubolts. Just have to remove the stock one at some point. Last week I also had a PMF trackbar installed and an alignment done. My trackbar frame side bushing on the OEM unit was completely trashed in 64k miles, it’s been banging around for a little bit.

EDIT: don’t mind the puddle, just AC condensation. Also word of the wise, DO NOT cut the straps on the shocks before you bolt them in. Move the steering side to side to align and drop the bolts in. I made the mistake thinking I could cut the strap as slip the bolt in quick, nope. Took me and a helper to get it compressed enough to get it into the mount after that.

I left it as is. As I recall it came pre charged around 40psi.

Why does the Kelderman only work for lifted or level trucks and not stock?

This is incorrect, Kelderman works perfect on stock trucks, I have one on mine.
