4 weeks ago, I traded in my 2017 f350 DRW 6.2L gasser and did what I never thought I'd do... got a diesel.
Got such a good deal, I just couldn't turn it down. Holy crap, I'll never go back to a gasser.
That's a great looking rig. Congratulations. Heretofore Alaskan Warbird, going forward 6.7 Convert?
Absolutely! Still a bit concerned about properly operating it during the extreme winters up here but I have a heated shop it fits in so think it'll be okay. Being able to start and run it (via FordPass) whenever needed will be a big help, I'm sure.

I've never run an F250 but would have to say it'd entirely depend on what the truck is being used for. If towing a lot, the diesel will completely own any gas engine in hills or mountains. But with the F250's smaller cargo capacity, you can't tow something with too much pin/tongue weight, so maybe that's moot.
