1994 E-150 "speed limiter".
O.K. Guru's! How do I change or eliminate the 85 mph speed limiter on my "94" E-150 that I've highly modified the suspension on? No chance of it rolling over as to why Ford put the 85 mph speed limiter on it to begin with. It has the original OBDI computer, so a "chip" won't do it. I have a Hypertech chip on it anyway but Hypertech already told me that the chip won't affect the speed limiter.
It was suggested to install an OBDI from an F-150 since the pick up trucks have a higher speed limiter (92 mph).
