no communication with OBD2 port

2004 Excursion 6.0 powerstroke

Just bought the truck 2 weeks ago, came with SCT Livewire ts+ . Tried to connect it and it blew the radio fuse,changed the fuse, connected it in my 2006 f250...and it worked so i connected it back in the excursion...the sct powers on...but I can't do nothing because no communication.
Please help !

Not sure why it would blow the radio fuse or have anything to do with it but the ODB port is powered by the same fused circuit as the cigarette lighter port.Check that fuse.

Cigarette fuse is #12, but it is probably ok if the SCT powers up.

Also check fuse #22 (PCM power)

Then check ground G100 - it is necessary for the PCM relay to work - harness ground to the firewall (by the master cylinder).
