I have an 88 F 150 short box 4 wheel drive. I've had it since 2000 and it has always started and ran when nothing else would. It now has 270,000 miles on it and has several leaks, but I still love it. I came in and parked it 3 or 4 months ago and it hasn't hit a lock since. I've replaced the frame rail fuel pump, computer, fuel pump relay and still nothing. I'm testing for spark this evening. I miss my truck, any ideas??

First thing to do is stop throwing parts at it. Not only does that make your wallet thinner and be frustrating but you might be replacing good parts with new parts of questionable quality.
When you turn the key to “RUN” does the fuel pump run for a couple seconds to prime the system? Using a mechanical gauge check for pressure at the fuel rail. Are we to assume that the engine is turning over but won’t start otherwise there won’t be any way to test for spark since the engine isn’t turning. Have you checked for fault codes ( Key On Engine Off test ) to see if there are any active or stored codes? The check engine light does not need to be on for there to be codes.

how do I check the codes on this one. It does crank over fine but that's all. Never tried to start.
If The fuel pump is pumping, and the truck is turning over, it could just be that the fuel in your tank sat for too long between starting. you may just need to pour some fresh fuel into your air intake to get it to start that way, and once it's running it could knock out any bad fuel it's got stuck in the lines.
If pouring fuel directly into the air intake starts it then I would bet on bad gas gunking up your fuel lines.
If that doesn't start it then there's probably either an electrical issue or a throttle issue

Not necessarily true. If the fuel pumps never shut off that is an indication that the computer is bad.
It has only been sitting for 3-4 months so the fuel quality shouldn’t be an issue.
