so I have discovered that I am not getting power to all the fuses in same circuit as fuse #19, so now I don't have turn signals, top brake light only, and some other odd things. Anyone have a diagram of the entire circuit. I plan on getting a wire tracer and see if I can find the break
Perform each of the following. Advance to the next step ONLY if the indicated reading is present.
Negative meter lead to ground.
Go to the ignition switch.
Verify that that LG/VT wire on pin B5 is ALWAYS HOT (it connects to the load leg of F116).
Connect meter probe positive to Terminal I1, RD/BK wire. Verify HOT in START & RUN.
Check for HOT in START & RUN on the supply side of fuses F19, F29, & F30.
One of those tests should fail based on your previous statements. Report your results.

B5 is always hot
Red/black is hot in run but not start
bf19, f29 and f30 have nothing on either side
That indicates the ignition switch has an internal fault.
In EITHER START or RUN?? That would indicate a second fault....
Verify results.
Can you verify which terminal to check for red/black. Is it at ignition box? The wire i checked was right to left of b5 or b4 in diagram whichever is on bottom
this morning I was ble to track the wiring based on the diagram and found a loose wire in back of a relay harness. Everything is alive now. I think I will replace the harness and try to clean up a lot of this mess .
Thank you so much for your help. I would never have been able to find it without your help
