89 F150 - shocks
The PO put new shocks in a few months ago but I still feel like each bump launches me off my seat. Any suggestions?

You could tell us what shocks are currently on the truck. They could be too hard and not allowing the suspension to move much.

I use either stock replacement KYB or Motorcraft shocks.

Your harsh ride is likely directly related to the lowering the PO did. Fix the coil spring debacle to start.
