Inner Door Cracking

My company has a number of 2012-2014 F-150 regular cabs, and on one last week the driver noticed that there was a rattle in the door when going over rough roads with the window 1/2 way down or when closing the door. We removed the door trim panel and noticed that most of the screws securing the window regulator had pulled through the inner door. There is extensive cracking around the screw holes. We fixed it by installing large fender washers under the screws but that is probably a temporary fix at best, the door will eventually need to be replaced. Is this a common problem with these trucks?

Its pretty common especially when the driver has the window part way down and its constantly be shaken by road vibrations. The fix is like you found, install bigger washers.
