york compressor clutch gap
Good afternoon, I recently got the old ac up and running on my 66. I leak checked with nitrogen and corrected all leaks. I vacuumed it down and charged until all bubbles dissipated from the site glass. System has been running beautifully. On a hotter day recently, the clutch started to slip. Obviously that seems to point to head pressure being too high. I have plenty of air flow. I am wondering if the clutch gap needs to be adjusted and if its even possible. What says the experts?
