I heard on F-100 talk podcast that they are still planning to have the show. They did an interview with Joe. It was from earlier this week. I am in east TN, and Knox and i think Sevier does have mask mandate but seems like they are trying to get back to some kind of normal. I had not saw that the shades was canceled.
