Rear Leaf Spring Compatibility

I have an 03 f250 that I’m lowering to stock height and am in search of rear leaf packs and all I can find around me are 05+. Will 05+ rear leaf packs fit on my 03?

I believe so but I think the spring codes are different than the earlier. Once they got to 08 the springs got longer.

99 to 07 had the same lengths, widths, bushings etc. They will fit without any issues but the free arch may differ causing the rear to not sit where it should. Will depend on what code spring you’ll be using.
