I have a 2017 f150 4x4, if I put a 3 inch leveling kit on it could I put 35x12.5x20 Tire’s on it without rubbing or trimming?
Be careful with 3", you're possibly messing with the front end geometry a bit much without a legitimate lift, you should do some research. From my understanding 2.5 is about the limit without replacing the UCA's at a minimum.

It might work with a 3" level, some depends on the offset of your wheels, plus, I wouldn't recommend a 3" anyway.
On the 13th gen, you can go 2.5" with no problem. I've done just that on a '17, and now a '20. I've also run 315/70/17 tires on both, with +34 Raptor OEM wheels, zero problem. Those tires measure 34.4" diameter, and 12.50 wide. 315mm divided by 25.4= 12.40 and some change.
You've got a variable there that could make or break the idea.
If you "really" want 3", go ahead and do it, there's a couple guys running around up here that are, and claim no trouble, but geez, that makes for some really bad angles on the UCA, and your CV's.

my tire size is actually 325/60/20 and I can’t see only going up 2:5 inches and it not rub on anything.
If you want 35s on a 20” wheel, go with a 285/65/20 (34.8”) on the factory wheel an it will fit without any rubbing. 12.50 is usually going to be too wide. Every tire company has lightly different specs though. If you go with an aftermarket wheel, stick with a 5.5” backspace and you wont rub on the crash bars. Most 35/12.50s are 34.5” BTW.
As everyone said above, 3” is too much. That much will wear your ball joint and CV joints quickly. You can easily get 35s to fit with 2.5”.
