Odometer misalignment?

Odometer misalignment?
What can cause the numbers on the odometer to misalign like this? Was driving this evening and was excited about it hitting 120k and it rolled over kinda wonky. It’s was lined up before it hit 120k.

Fixed it. Somehow tapping on the cluster lens made them all line up. Lol

Because that mileage is too low for its age. Ya just need to drive more and it won’t do that.
