Relay clicking????????

Relay clicking????????
So long story... my ac stays/comes on with the truck being completely off and key out of the ignition. there is a clicking sound coming from the inside relay boI think, definitely from under the dash) when I go to press the clutch, the clicking stops. when I go to let off of the clutch, it starts clicking again and my lights flash in sync with the clicking. I also have an airbag light that stays on but when I flip the ac on, it goes dim. my airbag light flashed 1-2 and then stays on for the rest of the ride. also have a weird screeching sound coming from in the cab followed by a rhythmic beeping 5 beeps x4 ( I think) its kind of hard to tell bc the screeching sounds kind of blends into the beeping. With the clicking, my power windows stutter going up and down with each click and so do my windshield wipers but when I press the clutch, everything works fine. I noticed I have a few relays getting pretty warm. I removed one and the clicking stopped.. I guess its the relay that powers the dome lights and power windows.. is the relay bad or maybe the wrong one?or is it something else? its weird bc it seems like an airbag issue, a/c issue and electrical/relay issue all in one and I have no clue where to start. I've replaced a few relays already, replaced the blower motor and the ignition switch hoping it would fix the problem. this has been happening off and on for almost a year now. Some other things to note is that I've had a guy at the parts store test my battery outside of the vehicle and it tested fine but then we tested it hooked up to the truck and it read faulty. he said he didn't know what to think of that >.< I also have a subwoofer and amp powered but they seem to be working fine through all of this but maybe the sub is draining power or something. I really dont know what to think about all this and I definitely dont know much about electrical stuff in vehicles. Battery? Alternator? GEM module? Fuses/Relays?? Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!! 97 Ford F-150 4.2 v6 2WD

Probably two related issues caused by a major issue (leaky windshield).
LWS- Leaky windshield Syndrome. A collection of odd symptoms caused by water getting into the GEM and fuse box.
Pull both kick panels (start on the driver's side) and inspect the grounding studs. I'd bet you have severe body rot on at least one side of the cab.
