Center Cap Issues With Custom Wheels

It's in a HD section where they sell this in different sizes and also flat bars in different thicknesses and lengths. The tag says Round Pipe on it. Your screw or whatever you get that secures the center cap will need to fit through the hole in the tube and the tube should be cut just long enough to make the center piece clear the hub. Sandy
