Hey guys, the Roosters ABS light came on the other day, it says the brakes are ok when you go thru the check list on the dash, i haven't felt anything different. is this just a dumby light issue like the trouble light for the cats??? is it still safe to drive??? thanks.
You'll help yourself by listing your year, chassis and fuel type---not sure what "rooster" is intended to impart but its not helpful.
If the ABS lamp is lit there will be an OBD-II code---retrieve that and share it here.
Typically even if the ABS system's control module fails it won't affect the brakes, you'll just not have the ABS function until the failure is corrected.
