1989 F250 HD transfer case lower shifter assembly. Borg Warner 1345 or 1356 transfer case lower shifter assembly curious about what appears to be a rubber type piece inside the lower shifter assembly that bolts on to the side of the manual trans and connects to the shifter lever on the transfer case. It's a bushing that should go inside the hole in the arm that goes from the shifter to the transfer case. Looks like yours has come apart. There is one on each end of the arm.
