Molten steel definitely a preferred connecting method. Mes $6,000 Maco quote is $2,500 in body work alone. Lots material needed as well so big chunk is the body work & parts to fix rot then full repaint.
google "ford excursion rocker panel" on etsy.com. They the best options on there. I just wish that would have been on there when I was replacing mine. They have the inner and outer rocker panels for $250

My rockers are gonna need some work. But until then i need to know who "Mes" is in this thread?
Yeah looks like the rears are ther hardest to find. Have debated contacting Custom Autos by Tim in Guthrie, Oklahoma. He’s specializes in custom fab on Ford Ecursion and super duty’s. He will take a 2020 super duty crew cab and depending on bed length will make you a 4-6 door excursion. His most popular trend currently is his Ford Raptor Excursion.
The dog legs are no longer around anywhere that I have found. Only option is to custom fab or find a good one out of a junkyard which if rust is a problem in your area it will be almost impossible to find something locally. There is also some confusion about rockers for the rear doors on the excursions. The inner and outer rockers ARE NOT the same as the super duties. The inner and outer rear door rockers for super duties are too short.
I wonder how close a cab corner would be to cut out just the lower curved portion you need?
Might be worth showing them the picture of the cab corner to see if it would save time using a modified cab corner compared to a full fabrication.
From the reviews, the manufacturer on etsy allows returns. At $100 it might be an overall cost saver. (No affiliation with the seller, etc. Just looking for my own Ex)

what vehicle are those for? The supercab corners need extensive modifications. And helpful if you are good with fiberglass. I used them when I did my excursion. Should be pictures in my thread I posted.
That picture is from an f250/350 cab corner. She's trying to get a decent compromise for her Excursion compared to a full fabrication from the body shop.
