The "rag joint" flex coupler/connector so close to the out put shaft is a 2wd item for sure. One a 4wd F250 you have a steering shaft and NO rag joint. On a 4wd F150 you have steering joint, but a rag joint further up.
The rag joint should come off and then it should (?) work for a 4wd. To bad it is on the far west coast from me.
And now I read and learn maybe the 3 bolt mounting?
