65 Ford F100

In search of a drive shaft for a 64 F100 twin I beam. Trying get it road worthy. Have the old one but it's bent. Willing to travel to get it or pay the shipping.

what engine and trans in your truck?

it's a 289 or a 300 straight 6 with a 3speed manual. It has a 2 piece drive shaft and I'd like to get both parts.

well a 289 is a v8 and a 300 straight six is all in a line there’s a big difference between them is you’re motor in a line or does it have 4 spark plugs in each side

Search & find a drive shaft shop. Several years ago I took my 66 to one after I had changed from 3 spd to C6 and had a 1 piece shaft installed. Never had a problem with it, even with a 1,000 lb load.

If you look at the title right about it he typed 1965 F100. 1964 must just be a typo.

I have a driveshaft set out of a 1966 LWB with the 352 and 3 speed. Measure your front shaft, overall length. If it's the same, I have what you need. you can have both pieces for $40 plus shipping. U-joints are good, carrier bearing needs to be replaced.
