Time to do the turbo
Well here we go folks, pulling the turbo this morning, going to try to get it all done today LOL needs to be a good day is all i can say!

Just don't strip any bolts and it'll be smooth sailing

well someone already did that for me can not ge the clamp loose on the back of the turbo, bolts are stripped into the collector

To remove the stuck clamp I have used a long flathead screwdriver, a hammer and some pb blaster. Are you removing the collector??

Gotchya. When I did my up pipes a few weeks ago I stripped most of my bolts. As long as you can bust the head of the bolt off it will come apart.

got them i figured out i was using a 12 pt socket , of course now i need a tap for wastegate , jason will appreciate the final product

Not only is that wheel toast, it's STOCK!
Get a billet wheel from RiffRaff or somebody, please!
Plus the big o ring that seals the perimeter of the housing, best to go new there.

Youll need VHT Flameproof 2000* paint for the hot parts.

I never remove the bolts from the collector. Just the clamp at turbo. The pipes almost always fall out of the collector by themselves.
For E99, the collector is re-used - so those bolts do require extraction and it usually sucks...

yes stock airbox that is missing parts, will be upgrading that soon too

got it covered, yellow will look great the the red boots from riff raff, beside i can see any leaks easy LOL
