Suspension Noises
I am trying to determine what is making this popping noise. I sent this video to Morryde and they said there was no problem. I am beginning to think leaf springs. If this is source what can be done to stop the popping. I have sprayed with lubricant but that has not helped. Popping is coming off both sides. This happens when hooked up or unhooked and raising and lowering front jacks. I can not upload video but you can see it. Google cre3000 ratcheting.

Standard leaf springs will do that but if you install a heavy duty shackle and wet bolt kit it will minimize it. If you dont have them I would also install a MorRide 4000 system with the cross stablizer bars to stop stress on the shackle brackets when turning.

I should have noted that I do have the Morryde heavy duty shackles and wet bolts installed. My previous 2 campers did not make any noises except when making a sharp turn. This camper does it with any type of movement. It is also a lot louder since the manufacturer replaced one of the axles, springs, and brakes. I have wondered if manufacturer overtightened the u-bolts if that could be a potential cause.
