2013 F150 Navigation quit

Does nothing. The rest of Sync works fine.

Is it that my Nav Map is way out of date, or possibly something else?

Had the same problem - just upgraded to Sync 3. The conversion is simple.

Simple perhaps......but expensive! At least from "infotainment.com".....$1995.00.
Absolutely, positively no way.
Any chance you could elaborate on what you did?

I had NAV, now I don't. Can't see spending 10% of the truck's value to get it back. Thanks

You can try to do a Master Reset on the system and see if it comes back

Thanks for the video. My screen is a bit different (maybe I don't have My Ford Touch)

Anyway, I did the Master reset successfully, but still no Nav.

Any other things or ideas I might try?
