Hey do any of ya'll mechanical genisuses know the specs. on a 91 Probe GT turbo. Ive got one and I would like to know what this baby can do
Basically what are all of the ins & outs on the turbo, and how many lbs. of boost does it generate? Thanks

Notta clue, but my neice took my sisters turbo on a speed trip up I-69 in Indiana, and found out that it went fast enough to get a ticket... Funny, because that is just no something I'd expect her to do. Be careful that the turbo is not leaking oil, or you'll find out what it costs to rebuild one. You can get seal kits in Calif (look in the back of Autoweek) to fix a bad seal, which you WILL know when you start fogging for mosquitoes with your blue cloud. I think there is a small hose that routes coolant through the turbo for cooling, and it is easy to overlook, but expensive if you do...
