I need help identifying variations of the Holley 94 used on Ford vehicles, especially on light duty pickups with the 239 cu. in. flathead V8. My truck is a ’53 F-100 and it had an EBU carb when I bought it. That carb measures a 1.00” venturi. I also have 2 other carbs, an EAB and an 8RT, both with .94” venturi. What is the correct carb for an original ’53 F-100? What years/models were the EBU, 8RT and AEB used in? Does anyone have a comprehensive source that details what the differences are among the variants of the Holley 94 model and which carb went on what vehicle? Is there a listing for what size jet is standard in each version? Any help with these questions would be appreciated. EBU EAB 8BA
All the 48-53 flathead V8 trucks supersede to the 8RT-9510-F carb, which I believe was original equipment on '53's. AFAIK none of the EAB, EBU, etc. had the wedge air horn for truck air filters, those are for Cars with the straight air horn.
